Optional, $3 per order — added with one tap in your cart. Never added automatically.
Every theiro order is already covered if it's lost in transit or arrives damaged. Package Protection adds:
- Theft reship — including packages marked "delivered" that you didn't receive.
- Fast-track replacement — we reship within 2 business days of your claim, with no wait for a carrier investigation.
- One free re-ship if the parcel is returned or lost because the address entered was wrong or incomplete.
How to claim: email sarxan.abdullayev0409@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking (or within 30 days of your order date if it never arrived), with your order number. One claim per order.
Package Protection is refunded if your order is cancelled before it ships, if you withdraw from your purchase under EU/UK law, or if the problem was our mistake. It is a reship promise from theiro, not an insurance product.
