When the sun goes down, the game doesn't have to. This basketball soaks up light during the day and glows bright cyan after dark — no batteries, no cables, no electronics inside. Charge it under the sun, a lamp or your phone's flashlight, flick off the lights, and play.

1. Charge it. 10–15 min in direct sunlight, or 15–20 min under a bright white lamp. In a hurry? Sweep your phone's flashlight slowly over every panel for 1–2 minutes.
2. Turn the lights off. The glow is brightest for the first 10–20 minutes, then softens gradually. The darker it is around you, the brighter it looks.
3. Top it up. There's no battery, so it never dies. Between games, give it a minute under a porch light or a flashlight.
Honest note: this is a glow-in-the-dark ball, not an LED ball. It glows brightest right after charging and fades over time, like glow-in-the-dark stars on a ceiling.

Inflate to 7–9 PSI with a needle pump — don't over-inflate. Kids should play under adult supervision, and only in safe places away from traffic. Keep the ball away from heaters, fires and hot cars. Not a flotation device or a toy for children under 8.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Store indoors when it's not in use.

Good to know: the glow comes from light-storing pigment in the cover. There's no battery inside, so there's nothing to plug in, and the glow fades as you play. Recharge as often as you like.

Is this an LED ball?
No. The cover has glow-in-the-dark pigment that charges with light. There's no battery, cable or electronics inside.
How do I charge it?
Sunlight charges it in 10–15 minutes; a bright white lamp takes 15–20 minutes. For a quick top-up mid-game, hold your phone flashlight on it for 1–2 minutes.
How long does it glow?
It's brightest for the first 10–20 minutes after charging, then the glow softens. Recharge it as often as you like — the pigment doesn't wear out from recharging.
Can I play in total darkness?
You'll see the ball clearly, but the hoop and court won't glow. It works best at dusk, under a porch light or near a dim streetlight.

Which size should I get?

It ships with low pressure to protect it in transit. Pump it to 7–9 PSI with any ball pump and needle. A pump isn't included.
